Her main passion today is team roping.  Prior to equine insurance, Kay was an equine surgeon’s veterinary assistant, which gives her additional knowledge to help you with your horse insurance needs.

Kay has her certifications for Equine Sports Massage Therapy & Equine Rehabilitation Therapy. In addition to equine education and experience, Kay has 25 years administrative experience, 20 years financial services experience with 8 years specifically focused on the insurance industry. She is very versed in the knowledge of finance, insurance and our beloved equine friends! She can walk you through the process, explain the ins and outs of coverage and always answers the phone in time of need.

There is nothing on earth I’m more passionate about than animals and the bonds they have with their humans, especially horses. I’m looking forward to helping owners protect their horses and their financial well-being.

Bethany Ferguson

Associate Agent

Horses and rodeo have been a part of my life for more than twenty years, shaping both my experience and passion. Over the years, I have worked my way through the ranks of Tennessee Junior and High School Rodeo, competed in College Rodeo at the University of West Alabama, and went on to Professional Rodeo - earning the Breakaway Rookie of the Year award in the WPRA Southeast Circuit. My time in the arena has taught me about more than just competition; it taught me about the dedication, grit, and heart that define the western way of life.

While rodeo and horses are a major part of my life, my greatest passion is my faith. I strive to approach this business with one verse at the center: 1 Peter 4:10 - "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve one another, as faithful stewards of God's grace." My goal is to serve horse owners, rodeo athletes, and ranch families with honesty, care, and excellence.
